"I remember
sitting at a showcase breakfast for the Greater Jackson Arts Council's
grants program and hearing about an arts camp that we funded for emotionally
disturbed children through Mississippi Families as Allies. There was
a moving video clip of a little boy singing "I Believe I Can Fly,"
and I don't think there was a dry eye in the house. I knew right then
that this was an important organization to support."

Sponsorship Opportunities
Greater Jackson Arts Council special events
are big tent affairs that embrace all of the arts while providing
opportunities to socialize with engaged citizens from a rich
cross-section of the community. Corporations and individual
patrons can also underwrite special initiatives within our
existing grants program. Whatever the core values of your
